Achieving "CLEAR" Focus
I just had to share some highlights from a great teaching from Chris Robinson, EVP at Maxwell Leadership, to begin the week. Achieving a “CLEAR” focus starts with identifying your top priorities and ensuring they are reflected in your calendar. Ask yourself: Are non-productive distractions derailing your ambitions? Every distraction is a vote against what truly matters. Intentionally allocate your time by delegating, automating, or outsourcing tasks. Resist the temptation of endless scrolling and safeguard your non-negotiables—like family time, faith, and fitness. By removing distractions and refining your focus, you’ll unlock the potential for greater productivity and become the best version of yourself. Embrace this journey; clarity leads to results and enriched relationships.
