I'm Jimmy McCallister, a Maxwell Leadership certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer.
I consider myself a Growth Navigator and Team Transformer, on a mission to elevate organizational and individual performance through the power of leadership and personal growth. With over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, both domestically and international, I’ve dedicated my career to motivating and inspiring others to unlock their true potential.
I founded JMac Elevates, focusing on the essential elements of leadership, communication, and personal growth. I am a Speaker and Coach providing tailored keynote speaking, workshops, or executive & team coaching, my goal is always the same: to elevate performance and personal growth. I offer programs designed for executives and aspiring leaders looking to improve their leadership capabilities and enhance team performance swiftly.
My professional journey has been nothing short of rewarding. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating and walking the corporate halls with industry giants like Target, Walmart, Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Harley Davidson, and John Deere, where I led teams to achieve record-breaking sales and profits. Whether it was transforming sales at Valvoline, Sunoco, and Ames True Temper through strategic sales initiatives, or driving significant growth with business development at Evolution Lighting, my commitment to leadership, team building, and innovation has always shaped my approach.

It’s a blend of my faith, my love for sports, both as an athlete and a coach, and my experience in sales and marketing that fuel my desire to help others succeed.
I hold a BSBA in Business from Western Carolina University, which laid the groundwork for my leadership trajectory. This educational foundation empowers me to guide organizations and individuals in navigating complex competitive environments with confidence.
